Q. What products do you offer?
We offer our stone tiles in two sizes, a 4" coaster and a 6" trivet. All tiles are specially coated to withstand
both hot and cold temperatures. A corkboard backing on each tile allows you to use these on any surface in

We offer canvas gallery wraps in two sizes, an 8" x 8" canvas, and a 12" x 12" canvas. Any of our images can be
printed on our gallery wraps. We use 100% cotton canvas stretched over 1 1/2" gallery style stretcher bars. There
is no need to frame these since the canvas wraps all the way around the stretcher bars, so they are ready to hang as

We offer a tempered glass cutting board which measures 12" x 15". Any of our images can be imprinted on our
cutting boards. These cutting boards are fully functional and dishwasher safe. Click here to see an image of our

We offer a "grande" 15 oz ceramic coffee mug. Our mugs are considerably larger than standard 11 oz. mugs.
Any of our images can be imprinted on the mugs. Because we are photographers, we take care to make sure
the imagery on our mugs is of the highest standards. Our mugs will make a beautiful addition to your home and

We offer a 3.5" x 3.5" refrigerator magnet. Any of our images can be imprinted on our magnets. Again, because
we are photographers, we take special care to make sure that the images are sharp and bright. Our magnets are

Q. How else can the tiles be used?
Besides being used as coasters and trivets, our tiles can also be used as wall hangings, paper weights, or
simply as piece of art on your mantle or side table. They can even be tiled into a table top or backsplash.
Just let us know when ordering and we can make them without the cork backing.
Q. How do I qualify as a "retailer"?
To qualify as a buyer at wholesale pricing, you must be a owner or buyer for a retail outlet. You must have
either a physical store, or an online shop. You must also be able to provide your Tax ID number upon request.
Q. What are your ordering minimums?
Our opening order minimum is $200. Our re-order minimum is $100.
Q. Are your coasters sold by the set?
No. All tiles are sold individually by the piece. It is our experience that because of the uniqueness of our tiles,
most customers like to mix and match the tiles into their own sets. Our most successful retailers are the ones
who usually purchase a large variety of tiles and let the customers design their own sets.
Q. How are the tiles packaged?
The tiles are bulk packaged. It is up to you to display them as you wish. We do not offer individual packaging
nor do we sell stands or holders.
Q. How long does it take for orders to ship out?
It depends on whether we have your entire order in stock. If we do, then your order will ship out within 1-2
days. If we have to manufacture all or a portion of your order, then you can expect you order to ship out in
5 - 10 days.
Q. How can I place an order?
Orders can be placed securely online. Just email or call us for a wholesale discount code that can be use when
ordering. Wholesale orders can also be placed via phone, fax, or email.
Q. How should these products be cleaned?
The tiles are easily cleaned with soap and water. The tiles are pretty durable, so don't worry about messing
up the image. Due to the corkboard backing, never put them in the dishwasher.
The cutting boards and ceramic mugs are both dishwasher safe.
The magnets and canvases should only be cleaned by wiping with a DRY cloth.
Q. What do I do if some of the iems in my order get damaged during shipping?
Please report all damages as soon as possible and we will replace them at no cost to you. There is no need
to return damaged items unless it is requested.
Q. What if a customer requests an image that you don't have?
If one or many of your customers are constantly asking for images we don't have, just let us know. We are
constantly adding new tiles to the collection and are pretty good at meeting special requests.
Q. Can I submit my own photos, designs, corporate logo, etc. to be made into tiles?
We do offer custom tiles using your own digital files, but you must meet the minimum ordering requirements.
